fa معرفی کروناویروس SARS-CoV-2 و بررسی منشا احتمالی آن مهندسی ژنتیک میکروارگانیسم ها و ویروسها Microrganisms and Viruses مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">ظهور بیماری خطرناک و کشنده کووید-19 در اواخر سال 2019 در شهر ووهان چین و انتشار سریع آن، سبب تأثیر گسترده و جهانی بر روی سلامت، امنیت روانی، اقتصاد، فرهنگ و سیاست کشورهای مختلف گردیده است که باعث جلب توجه جامعه پزشکی و علوم مرتبط با آن در جهت شناسایی و درمان این بیماری شده است. مطالعات مختلف انجام گرفته بر روی این بیماری از شناسایی یک کروناویروس جدید به عنوان عامل آن حکایت دارد. باتوجه به ایجاد بیماری شدید تنفسی و شباهت این ویروس به </span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> اسم آن را </span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV-2</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> نامیدند. با اینکه مطالعات زیادی در جهت شناسایی منشأ این ویروس صورت گرفته و براساس نتایج به دست آمده اکثر پژوهشگران فرضیه انتخاب طبیعی جهش رخ داده در ویروس </span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">Bat-RaTG13</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> خفاش را مطرح کرده&shy;‌اند اما برخی از محققان نیز براساس شواهد به دست آمده معتقد به ساخت آزمایشگاهی این ویروس هستند. با این حال هر دو گروه از پژوهشگران اعتقاد دارند تا زمان پیدا شدن مستندات قوی در ارتباط با منشأ و چگونگی ایجاد ویروس هیچ&shy;‌کدام از فرضیه ها را نمی&shy;‌توان رد کرد. در این مقاله مروری، در کنار بحث بر روی منشأ ایجاد ویروس </span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV-2</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> به معرفی این ویروس، نحوه عملکرد، بیماری&shy;‌زایی و راه&shy;کارهای جلوگیری از ایجاد بیماری و درمان آن اشاره می شود.</span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The emergence of the dangerous and deadly COVID-19 disease in late 2019 in Wuhan, China, and its rapid spread has had a profound global impact on health, mental security, economy, culture and politics of various countries, drawing the attention of the medical community and related sciences for identification and treatment of this disease. Various studies on this disease have identified a new <em>coronavirus</em> as the cause. Due to the development of severe respiratory infection and the similarity of this virus to SARS-CoV, it was named SARS-CoV-2.. Although many studies have been conducted to identify the origin of this virus and based on the obtained results, most researchers have proposed the hypothesis of natural selection of mutation in the bat-RaTGG13, but some researchers also believe that this virus was engineered in a laboratory based on the evidence obtained. However, both groups of researchers believe that none of the hypotheses can be refuted until strong evidence is found as to the origin of the virus.
