جداسازی و شناسایی باکتری‌های محرک رشد گیاهی Pseudomonas از ریزوسفر گوجه‌فرنگی و بررسی توان زیست‌کنترلی آنها علیه قارچ Fusarium oxysporum

در این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی تنوع جامعه میکروبی ریزوسفر مزارع گوجه‌فرنگی(Solanum lycopersicum L.)، باکتری‌های فلوئورسنت محرک رشد جنس سودوموناس از خاک مزارع قزوین و شبستر در سه عمق مختلف خاک (شامل 5 تا 10، 10 تا 15 و 20 تا 25 سانتی‌متر) جداسازی شدند. جدایه‌ها از نظر توانایی تولید اکسین، سیدروفور، سیانید هیدروژن و حلالیت فسفات معدنی ارزیابی شدند. بیشترین تعداد جدایه‌ها در عمق ۱۵ تا ۲۵ سانتی‌متری مشاهده شد. میانگین تولید اکسین (97/40 میکروگرم بر میلی‌لیتر) و حداکثر قدرت تولید سیانید هیدروژن (بیش از ۱۰ جدایه) در نمونه‌های خاک قزوین مشاهده شد. در بررسی خاصیت زیست‌کنترلی، جدایه‌های Q19، Q22، Q25 و Q26 توانایی قابل قبولی در مهار رشد قارچ بیمارگر Fusarium oxysporum نشان دادند. همچنین، نتایج داکینگ مولکولی نشان داد که ترکیب فنازین-۱-کربوکسامید با انرژی اتصالkcal/mol  3/8- قادر به برهمکنش با پروتئین SGE1 قارچ فوزاریوم است که از این یافته می‌توان در توسعه قارچ‌کش‌های جدید بر پایه متابولیت‌های ثانویه باکتریایی بهره برد. در مجموع، نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان ‌دهنده‌ی تنوع ریزوسفر گوجه‌فرنگی از باکتری‌های محرک رشد با قابلیت‌های زیست‌مهارگری متنوع و مناسب برای توسعه کودهای زیستی سازگار با محیط زیست است.
